How does it work?
ClimaTrack™ is an RF-based Smart Sensor technology. The sensors create a dynamic, ad-hoc wireless network that is robust and self-healing. The sensors bi-directional communication capabilities is not hampered by tough conditions and achieves full RF coverage, using low power, in a highly water saturated environment.
The sensors communicate with a Control Unit. The Control Unit is responsible for:
- Reading and managing a large group of sensors
- Retrieving data and setting network and sesnor configuration parameters
- Aggregating the data from many servers
- Communicating with the global communication server via GPRS or Ethernet
- Wall-mounted (warehouses) or vehicle-mounted (trucks) capability
