IntelliTrack DMS Products:

Check In – Out allows users to track consumable (pens, paper, toner) inventory in addition to computers, audio visual equipment, office files, as well as other physical assets. For consumable inventory, product is received, increasing inventory levels; once issued to a department inventory levels are reduced. In addition to consumable inventory, there is also “Check Out” inventory. In this case, the “checked out” item is issued to an individual or department with the intention that it will be returned. The items are tagged with a serialized ID that is unique across all “Check Out” items.
Stockroom keeps track of consumable inventory (pens, paper, toner) or any other item that will be “consumed”. Consumable inventory is received and increases inventory levels and then issued to departments or individuals, which reduces inventory levels.
Inventory is designed to help companies conduct physical inventories and track inventory to its location. Additionally, information about lots and expiration dates of inventory can also be tracked. There is no functionality to receive or issue inventory. All adjustments to inventory are made directly to the on hand quantities or updated as an inventory adjustment upon completion of the physical inventory. This package is primarily used by companies who want to conduct a quarterly, bi-annual or yearly physical inventory.
Package Track automates the receipt and delivery of parcels and packages and allows you to gain control of your mailroom operations. Know when a package is received, who received it, when it was delivered, who delivered it and to whom it was delivered. Collect proof of delivery for inbound deliveries.
Fixed Assets is used to track capital equipment and depreciate items over their lifetime. A unique barcode asset tag is affixed to each asset and then given a description, location, and more than 30 user definable descriptions that can include serial numbers, cost, purchase date, date received, and other important details.
Fixed Assets RFID reconciles an entire room of identified assets all at once, via passive RFID tags and a portable data terminal (PDT) equipped with an RFID tag reader. This method eliminates the need for line-of-sight scanning.
